HOT ROD

This is a Hamer guitar I picked up to design for a friend who owns a Matco Tool distributer business. We designed this guitar to be a raffle give away for his customers. I used the checker flag for a background and added some pistons to represent the car parts.  I wanted it to reflect the fact that mechanics are the users of these tools for their trade.  On top of that a couple of hot rods … sporting the Matco logo.  The base color of the guitar is a charcoal grey metallic topped with candy teal.  This makes a really nice green.
